Refund Provisions
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy, SwytchAI extends a 14-day money-back guarantee for our Pro and Team subscription plans. If, within this period, you are not satisfied with our service, you may be eligible for a full refund of your subscription fee.
Eligibility Criteria
- Initial Subscription: The refund is applicable only for initial subscriptions and does not apply to renewals or subsequent subscriptions.
- Notification Period: Refund requests must be initiated and received within 14 days from the initial subscription date.
- Usage Limitations: Accounts that have exceeded 50 AI model continuations during the trial period may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Documentation: Subscribers may be required to provide feedback on why the service did not meet their expectations to help us improve.
- Refund Mode: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the initial subscription.
- Processing Time: Upon successful validation of the claim, the refund initiation will be immediate. However, the reflection of the refund in your financial account may vary based on banking procedures and can take up to 5-10 business days.
Special Circumstances
We understand that technical issues may arise. If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using our service effectively, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund outside the standard 14-day window. Such cases will be evaluated individually.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following circumstances are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made after the 14-day money-back guarantee period
- Issues with third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, v0) that are beyond our control
- Subscription cancellations after the refund period has expired
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
